Sports school specialized in chinese pole and calisthenics located in Alcorcón, Madrid. A place where you can learn diferent sports (chinese pole, aerial silks, trapeze, aerial hoop...) as well as explore the world of calisthenics, functional training method that will help you in your day a day to win strength to do a muscle up or do tricks of the best street workout freestyle. We have an indoor calisthenics park of Toxic brand, the only one in Madrid. With fixed chinese poles of 6 meters, so that when you arrive you do not have to worry about riding or dismounting when you leave. On the other hand, we have 3 x-pole bars of 4'10 meters in height. And we do not forget the aerial (fabrics, hoops, etc.)
Our installations have been carried out by a professional rigger, whose structures and anchors have been certified by an engineer. Project approved by the corresponding Professional School.
We are sailors excited about this adventure. All the Octopus crew are professionals of the disciplines that teach.
We teach from all levels, but always looking for you to have fun. The limit is the sky, so do not put it low or you can always opt for calisthenics and improve in your daily or sports life.

This discipline consists of performing acrobatics on a stick of about 5-7 meters high. Figures or tricks performed on the pole can be static or dynamic, some require more strength, others more flexibility and others just believe it ;)

Calisthenics is training with body weight. It is the basis of any sport and of daily life. Either because you want to improve in your discipline or just want to stay active and agile in your daily life, you should be a more calisthenic
Within the calisthenics and the street workout we find the Freestyle, and you will say, what is that?
